How It Works:

Before taking out a payday loan it's important that you understand exactly how it works and how to apply for one. You should also decide whether or not a payday loan is the best option available to you, as even though the process is very simple, it is still an important financial decision like any other loan.

Is a payday loan the best option?

Payday loans are the perfect option if you need some emergency cash in your bank account within a very short space of time. Lenders in our network can deposit the funds in as fast as 24 hours during the working week, so if you are faced with a dire emergency it's definitely a better solution than a traditional loan from a bank or large lender. These can often take days (if not over a week) to be fully processed.

Obviously if you had access to an overdraft, credit cards, savings or another source of quick cash you wouldn't have been searching for guaranteed payday loans. The good thing is that although nothing is guaranteed, bad credit will not automatically disqualify you from using our loan request form and applying with one of the lenders from our network. We do not promote so called "no credit check" loans, as this is misleading. All lenders will pull some kind of credit history, but you will not necessarily be rejected based on this alone. Other factors include your employment and income status.

It should be noted that payday loans are specifically designed to help you overcome a temporary financial crisis of no more than $1,000. You are required to repay the loan on or just after your next pay check, so if you require a large sum of money to help with a long term issue - you should not choose a payday loan.

If however you are faced with an unexpected bill, need to get something fixed ore repaired, need funds for travel, or something else that slightly throws off your monthly budget - a payday loan might be the perfect solution.

You need to honestly ask your self the question, "can I cover this obligation when I'm next paid?" If yes, then there's no reason not to take out a payday loan. If no, you may end up getting in to deeper financial problems.

If you make the repayment on the agreed upon date you only have a single finance charge to include. If however you miss it, you will face added fees and interest, which will worsen your situation.

What You Need To Provide

So you don't get automatically rejected you need to meet a few basic requirements. You must be a legal US citizen of at least 18 years of age, with a stable income of at least $1,000 a month, and a bank account for the loan to be deposited and repayment taken.

You must be prepared to give genuine personal information, such as name, DOB, address and contact info, and employment and income details. If you are matched with one of the lenders in our network you will also be required to share supporting documentation (i.e.) bank statements. Depending on the type of documents you have available, there may be no faxing required if you already have digital copies.

You must also be prepared for a credit check, which could leave a search on your report. The good news is that having bad credit does not automatically disqualify you from obtaining a payday loan, but based on various factors nothing is guaranteed. If you have a good income, are financially secure and do not require a large amount, you have a fair chance of being approved with poor credit.

Signing a lender's contract means you agree to have the loan deposited and repayment automatically taken through the ACH system. This ensures a fast and efficient service.

How the process works

The first step to getting a payday loan is to visit our [loan request form] through your computer, phone or other internet connected device. We will take some preliminary information, ensure it meets the basic requirements and attempt to match you with one of several lenders in our network.

If matched, you will be transferred over to a lender who's poised to fairly assess your application. Here you will be required to share some further details and documentation, before a credit check and assessment is undertaken. So called instant approval is a marketing slogan, but rest assured you will know if you have been approved or rejected in a matter of minutes.

The whole process is done online, you are not required to make a phone call or meet a representative at a branch. Our lenders realise that time is of the essence, and therefore have everything streamlined to process your application automatically - though in some cases they may give it a direct look and contact you for further information.

If you are approved the lender will then make you an offer, taking in to account your ability to make the repayment and the amount you initially requested. This will be accompanied with the loan agreement, which outlines all of the terms and conditions. The amount you can borrow, how much this will cost, the repayment date, and the fees and interested associated with missing the repayment, will all be clearly presented., so you can make an informed decision.

At this point you are free to walk away with no obligation, or if you are happy with the offer and terms, you can accept and digitally sign the agreement. The lender will then aim to deposit the cash within one business day in to your designated bank account.

It's really that easy!

Missing the Repayment

Although the process is so easy, do not underestimate the responsibility of a payday loan. If you fail to make the repayment on the agreed upon date (i.e. the funds aren't there when the lender tried to process the transaction), you will face added fees and interest, and eventually collection proceedings if you fail to enter a dialogue.

Remember payday loans are designed to help you overcome a hiccup in your monthly budget, and aren't a longer term option.
